I would think so, seeing that the M3 is the same one from MW, and Cross is a recurring character...

It's obvious it is, pointless thread, the start of Carbon is a few hours or days after your jumping the bridge in MW. And when you talk to Nevile just before your first police chase, he talks bout Rockport.
