You will have to find yourself end up in car modding and getting to know Zanoza Modeler or Blender and/or GIMP

It's nothing special but was one of if not my first mods. BTW Sheriff's Police is a term used when they split the County S.O. between Sheriff Dept. for Court Duties only and the Sheriff's Police for regular County Highway Patrol and Policing.
YEAH I SAW IT. It's a well done job but I wish the colour of the car was another than the classic black and white
