I tried different software, it always only screenshots the desktop, instead of the game :(
What do you use ?
It's a function in the game. During a replay -> alt+P screenshots a TGA of the game in the windows desktop.
Check the key function command in the option.

I've had similiar problems, then i started using DGVoodoo + DirectX 7 or 9 and to record the screenshots i use an older version of OBS
