Title: how to extract an official EA car?

Would it be possible to extract the files from an official EA car??
the installers are ridiculous
Some cars (like the Ferrari 360) only appear on the grid if used by player 1

actually I would like to have Jaguar xjr15 (EA) and Lister Storm (EA) without the installers...

It's in there too. In SaveData Folder.
