Does anybody know what this file is for?

It's not a vidwall for a car. I can't open it with nfswizard or fshtool
And I noticed the EA Porsche 911 has no Interior look in the showcase.
I play nfs4 for ages and only just recently I discovered this....funny.
I feel the same way. Also I rename it into F456.qfs for 456 GT's vidwall it crashing the game.....
( I wonder what art from EA F563's vidwall pics looks like ).
When you remove F563.qfs game still works.
In the data/showcase there are shxxx.qfs files which are needed to gain access to the showcase menu in game.
These files can't be opened either.
