Have any one managed to get them to work?
Both programs run perfectly fine on Win10 x64 and with NFS3 Modern Patch.
The Scene Selector need this dll to run properly: https://de.dll-files.com/msvbvm50.dll.html
Just make sure to place it next to the application executable (nfsmode.exe).

Can you screenshot the NFS Manager? I'm skeptical. From my end, NFS Manager does not show cars, or be able to replace track. :/

I'm not messing with you... proof is attached.
Make sure you have the correct settings in the program itself (game path set properly) or maybe try a different version of NFS-Manager.
From your response i conclude you have the Scene Selector working now with the dll file!?
My OS is Windows 10 Pro x64 at version "1607 Build 14393.1198".
I did had a correct path location in NFS3 Manager, but it didn't work. Actually, never loaded. I'd like to try a different version. I'll go look for that. Haven't tried Scene Selector because no time yet.
Update: Nope, NFS3Manager failed outright.
Try to delete the registry entry of the program.
Start regedit and navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER>SOFTWARE>RocketProgrammer>NFS3Manager
Delete the entry/folder "RocketProgrammer" completely and try to start the program again.
What versions are you using (Manager and OS version)?
