Hi im still not able to get my nfs4hs to run at all off the Hdd. I don't want use the Cd to do so..
Madman_nfs, gave me the 'Mixer for tracks setup'. Was nice.
But i still need this Pack? JimD an others made? Makes game run with no cd. Updates it? With all the new drivers they made? Like no-Collision, an the 3D Set up it comes with i can't seem to find it at all on other sites.
I can't download,a exe file it has to be "Zipped or rar file". Can anyone still try find me this patch. What ever its called?
To ever get me up an running again on windows 7 this time if i ever get it back.

Installed an all that,was needed an Music Folder,it said. Then i get
This error.. 😨 it wont start. No idea what it means? An yes there is some ,manafest file in the Hs directory.
So what does anyone think.?? Take it out.try do a fresh install again?

My guess would be the 3D setup.
Go to Windows start menu and select 3D-Setup in Stockpack folder. You have to choose Glide in graphic option.
If you cant see that in the 3D setup, you have not checked to install nglide on setup. In this case uninstall the stock-pack and install it again. On install choose to install nglide (or try zeckensacks glide wrapper). Start 3D setup and select glide mode.

Right-click your game's shortcut. Find the line called "Target" and add " -patchrestart" without the quotes to it.

There Nils, i think you told me this before. Last year? When it happen last time? But, thanks again... I may try reinstall it some day down the road. On Windows 7 it's hard find that Target line,cause it's not there like it used to be? Dosen't look the same.

Hi again nils um, an others i just did this Fresh install tonight an the Stock Patch? An the nfshs exe still gives that error of the same Niles i can't find that Target line in properties? Here is a pic of all thats installed. Big as possible to show. Whats inside that Rar file in 3D setup
Do i spose extract that came with the SP install. I remember i renamed the nfshs.exe to somthing last time an it worked. Is it spose to say nfshsgame.exe in there.
Well it all went good on installs,yes i copied the music,folder off cd. To the data,audio directory like it needed. Now if my 178kb pic will post i be done till later. 😚 😴
The target line is in the link on your desktop, not the exe file.
Like Freak-DS said, you'll need a shortcut to the game to set the target properties. Either in your start menu or on your desktop. And this has not changed since... Windows 95? ^^

All the ^Compatibility Issues^ from the Shortcut? hmm~ makes me think.? But mine are better! Lol.
I ment, it wasn't on Windows 7 at all in the compatibility Or Vista. Then boom Black Screen, an bak in the Game!! Aleast i always say thx pals.
