Why don't I have clear windshields In Need For Speed High Stakes? I see gameplays and mods, and they have clear windshields. :|

In Windows, go to Start > All Programs > Electronic Arts > Need for Speed High Stakes > 3D Device Setup. Check if "Direct3D Device 1" is selected.

How do you use the NFS high stakes cheats?? I down loaded that file and it doesnt work...
