I always have fun playing NFS Carbon NFSC because of it's advanced/customized arcade/sim-like drifting other than any nfs title. Free roam, tracks, rains and night driving experience also a wow factor. But all my gorgeous friends liked to shoot people (like most people) and racing is not their type.
My question is:
1. How to tweak to "always rain" in free roam and any race track?
2. Heavy rain?
3. Moderate rain?
Is this really possible? If not can someone made a "always rain mod" for free. I believe it also a wow factor like night driving. If still not possible can you ask the developer to create something like this for NFSC.

Hi Emily, I really like the rain effects in NFS Most Wanted and NFS Carbon as well, but so far I haven't heard of any mod that made it rain all the time. I know that for Most Wanted it might be possible to attempt such a thing because the files have been decrypted but not Carbon as the tools we have can't read Carbon files.
Unfortunately we can't ask the developer because EA is only interested in the latest games. :(
