Talk about your or your parents' car. My parents have a 1988 Honda Civic. Crap junk: no comfort, broken dashboard, broken taillights, broken hood and broken roof.
I bet the majority of you will have a better car than me :P .
I currently own a 2004 Nissan Frontier XE V6. Just got it last week. I like it so far, much different owning a truck.

My previous car was a 96 Camaro RS, with a 350 LT1 dropped in there, and it was far from stock. It was pretty quick, until I blew the engine :( Decided it wasn't worth it to fix it, and bought the truck.

My Mom owns a 2002 (I think) Honda Oddesy, and my Dad has a 96 Corvette Collectors edition (Lt4 engine... very nice).
My parents have a 2001 Mazda 323 1.6. Silver, manual and 4drs. Completely stock. Trying to get my dad to at least change to a sportier set of rims.
We might be getting a new car soon though...

(and I stay at the top of that block of flats in the upper right corner. 24 storeys up, to be precise)
BTW, Mike, you Camaro looks (or looked) sweeeeeet!

Thanks :) I miss it already. Sold it to my mechanic though, so at least I know it's going to get fixed up and not just go to a junkyard
Whoa, the Camaro is gone? :o I had no idea, pity. :(
The Frontier also looks badass though, in a completely different kind of way. I can imagine it taking some getting used to. ;)
Myself, I have a 1993 Peugeot 106 1.0 :P At the time, my budget for transportation was somewhat limited, but I'm still quite happy with it. And it's red, so it's automatically faster.
Recently had a run-in with a Volvo XC90 unfortunately; it backed into my front end when it spotted a parking space a few yards back and suddenly threw it in reverse. XC90 rear bumpers leave a nasty dent in your hood/grille... :/ Luckily it still runs okay and it'll be fixed next week.

Red does give you 20 more HP and 10mph to your top speed :p
That sucks that you got hit though. Insurance is covering the cost of the repairs, I hope?
Yeah, the Camaro is no longer. I miss it, but I'll have another one someday :) the truck definitely takes getting used to. Merging onto the freeway just seems to take so much longer, hehe
Would be nice if you get the new Camaro...

That's what I'm saving for :)
Whoa! never knew that was a Camaro!
Now you do... :)
I'd probably go for the new Challenger.....
My parents have a 2000 Saab 9-5, 99 Chevy Tahoe, and a 93 Chrysler Le Baron Convertible.
Yeah, I prefer the Challenger too, but I'd rather have a '69 Charger... Best looking classic Muscle Car IMO
(http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v40/ZeroNiner/Cars/bestmo.jpg)
Only if it is painted orange :p
Charger isn't bad, but I like this...

The Elaneor Mustang.

I'm with you, if its in orange :p Or a Charger would be nice too....
i drive a 1995 Dodge Intrepid running on a 350HP 24 Valve V6 with 16" Enkei 5 spoke wheels and its awesome.
Went to google, and I must say it's a pretty nice looking car... It's probably not a front-driver right? Can u show us some pics of it?
Intrepid? Yeah it's FWD, as far as I know anyway.
350bhp? In a front driver? Agaszo, you torque-steer freak!
Lol, torque steer and understeer....
You are truly insane ;)
Quote from: Car FreakNow you do... :)

if Mike gets the new camaro, he and I will duke it out - vette vs camaro in the nevada state open road challenge :)
Ooh, nice cars. Really like the BMW, but that doesn't mean I'm not jealous of the 'Vette ;)
WHOA! YOU HAVE A CORVETTE? :o
thanks :)
vette is stock, and the W has quite a bit of work done to it - notably, the suspension. (in my garage, or my friends). Got that car back in 1998, started in the nfs series in 2000?

the family cars (my brothers 1989 bmw is not in there)
Quote from: Car FreakRevveR, what knid of car mags u get in Dubai?
Dubai Automobiles, Motorsport, Off-Road Kings, Exotic Dumpers, Tuner Help, and Classy ;).
BMWSport you're the luckiest person I've seen! The Vette looks awsome ;).
I wish I had Jay Leno's collection - if only for the McLaren - and I'd be set - damn, imagine that-having a McLaren.

Car Freak... It's NOT the same...Older are better. I love 68' Yenko Camaro SS!
I didn't say the old Camaros are not nice. The best of the oldies would be the '68 and '69 models. But I still like the '69 Charger the best.
heh, mike, wont be easy to get those 30 grand for a new camaro thoo :)
i am saving up to one time fixing mine.
and the best "oldie" still is the 70 Road Runner you disbelievers!

Where did you guys stay? Equatorial hotel?
And would you happen to know why there are so many Land Rovers up there?
LOL. What a coincidence. :D I stayed at Century Pines Resort, at Tanah Rata.
You mean those pre-WW2 Land Rovers? I have no idea on why they are up there.:D
Wow... we went there cos my parents wanted to check it out (they're thinking of bringing my grandparents up)...
Anyway, we stayed at The LakeHouse, just outside Ringlet:
Ooh. The Lakehouse is a tad expensive though. You were at Tanah Rata that day for dinner? We might have been to the same restaurant... :D
which day? Monday night we went to some steamboat restaurant, Tue we went to a cafe above MarryBrown
Mon night i think. I was at some steamboat restaurant too. Mayflower or something.
yep. that's the one.
wow. We were eating at the same restaurant in the same remote little town while on holiday... This is the limit as far as coincidences go, i'm sure
Haha. Theres stuff like the same hotel, the same level rooms. next door neighbours at the hotel... :D
just think, we were 3metres away from each other, at the most, and we didn't even realise it...
I was at the corner, in front of the kitchen. I'm on the round side :D and was wearing a red jacket. My dad, mum, sis and cousin and me were at a small table. Any recollections?
erm, no actually... i'm that good at remembering faces...
