How do I make a car for nfs HS? I would really like the help.

    For making cars you must use some tools.
Nfs Wizard for editing viv files(archives).
Zmodeller 1.07 for editing Fce files(car 3D geometry)
Photoshop or something else for making tga texture.

Actually You need read editing tutorials.

What is the best tutorial. Also what color do I use for the alpha channel

Alpha channels must be grey or silver color (this makes it so the vehicle will change colors in the game.
