They should be on the game cd. Just explore the cd, go into the data folder, look for the tracks folder and then open the Route Adonf folder on the cd, and finally copy those files to the route adonf folder for the game on your hard drive.
Yes, I agree with bucksavage. I believe the track is in your CD drive in the directory:
[Drive Letter]:\Data\Tracks\"France"\*.*
In there should be the files you are looking for ;)
