I tried to put mp3 music files to my TDUs radio directory & in the stations, but I don't think it works.:( Adding & replacing cars are actually easy, so music files shouldn't be that difficult. I can't figure out what else I can do to make them work, but I heard people said you can add musics on TDU PC version.:ugh: So please help if you know, thanks.;)

Quote
1. Go to My Documents\Test Drive Unlimited\savegame\\
2. In there, create a folder called "Radio"
3. Enter the "Radio" folder and create a new folder, called anything you want
4. Put your MP3's in there, a .m3u playlist or shortcuts. You can do this for up to 32 files per folder
5. Start up the game and switch on the radio (standard button: R). Switch to your own Radio Station (which has the name of the folder from step 3).
6. You can do this for up to 4 Radio Channels.
I found it on a Gamespot forum. That way it worked for me, so if you are doing it like this guy said and you can tune to your radio station, then you might have a problem...
Anyway, I remember that I also changed some of the game songs, just adding a new song over the radio folder (I don't remember the path, but it wasn't in My Documents, It was somewhere in program files/atari) and changing its name for one of the existents one.

Hope it helps!

Ok sounds great, so I'll have ago at it. When you meant changed some of the game songs, do you mean delete or replace them? If I enter the nickname folder, I see playersave1 & playersave2 so do I have to enter them or just create a folder next to them which is under my name Matt, that's my savegame.

hm, i found out for a fact that putting the radio folder in playersave doesn't matter, basically i did it this way and it worked:

C:\Dark Stealth_Hunter's Documents\Test Drive Unlimited\savegame\Dark_Stealth_Hunter (online profile)\Radio\Custom Radio (or Game music)

So, it worked? I hope so. Oh, and by changing the songs I meant replacing them. I'm sorry, I know that sometimes might be a bit difficult to understand me, cause sometimes I'm not sure how to express myself in English.

Don't worry Jaume, your English is good enough.;) Maybe I just didn't read your info clearly enough, but it made sense when I read again.:) Following the full directory which is not very long like of Dark Stealth's is just easy for me, because I usually rush through if there are too much writing. Yes my own radio station came up, so it worked.;) I think I entered enough of my musics for now, but might add more later.:D

I think it only works with MP3 files.
Anyway, if you try it just let's know if it work.
