Hello, there was a discussion about that a while ago.
http://www.nfsaddons.com/forums//index.php?topic=1798.15Right now Chrome does not show any warnings here, so for me everything seems fine.
But things can change with every update or new algorithm (also applies to AntiVirus solutions, Firefox etc) and the whole site, or single files, get re-evaluated...
As user, all you can do to get rid of the warnings is, to find out which application gives them. Then add nfsaddons for example, to security exceptions or disable that warning feature completely in that specific application (e.g. disable "Safe Browsing" in Chrome).
Obviously this can have major downsides, so it is always hard to give recommendations for this kind of problem, because there is an
actual risk to come across infected files here or somewhere else. I mean the download sections of all major NFS sites rely on user made content.
The site staff is checking files for sure, but something might slip through anyways...
Greetings
