- 512×512, 1024×1024 and 2048×2048 textures support in the voodoo2a.dll. Support of such textures was introduced in the 3dfx Voodoo 4 and 5.
That's according to the readme of the guys that patched NFS3. Now, how do I get 2048x2048 TGA into car.viv. I remember ViV Wizard having issues with it when I try a bigger texture than 256 squared. Maybe I should try again.
Trying again just gets me error reading image. I'll try NFS Wizard.
NFS Wizard has stopped working
Does this solution has to do with compiling TGA? I remember somewhere you can compile TGA.
EDIT: I figured it out. Just to the point where it's 512 squared max. Oh well. Yay at least for having bigger texture. Now I gotta test it.
