    You can change the language of the game to Germany easily from nfs3.ini

    I was asking if they could also create a police language version for the German edition, because there is only an English version of it.

    Well you Need Viv wizard that can open the bnk files then go to the siren.bnk extract the Siren as wav and edit them like you want but you have to edit the wav very carefully because it will crash or confused in game when it not on what the game reads
