current w.i.p. meshwork is done.6400 poly without driver and wheels.
it is a Willys 1941 "Americar" from Mafia 2. i modyfied the mesh to make it look like the real car.

happy new year  :)

this is one of my projects for 2014.a mazda cosmo.i like this car and would like to have it in nfs4.so far i reduced the polygoncounts alot.and car mesh has no interior.it will be a hard job to polish the surfaces...etc.i hope to keep the car alltogether in the end at about 8000 polies.see pic for first impressions.

Cosmo is a very cool choice for a car in NFS4.  =)

Well, good to see you're back, I have to admit I had to look this one up, but it looks like a handsome car. Good luck.

back in business i started to work on the ferrari 250 gt lusso from forza horizon 2.it is a teamwork, since my modding friend rockeroller was so kind and helped me out to get the mesh.see pics for info and first previews.
main target will be now to reduce the polygoncount more and keep the mesh clean.

Nice! This is probably one of my favorite Ferraris, as well as favorite classics of all time. 8)

It's also one of my favorite vintage Matchbox cars in my collection (although my copy doesn't look as good as this mint example here):

I can imagine it going to be a challenge getting the polycount down, though.

tnx guys :)
yes i wont be easy idd.there is allways that critical line during those kinda hard projects.reducing poly and keeping mesh decent is hard job.things are looking good atm.only bad thing is that the final product will be like about 8600-8900 poly i guess.but it is worth it.also i want to keep the colors similar like on the examples i checked on google imagesearch.i will try to release the car before december ;)

Edit: here is a pic of current progress attached.check pls.

3d and absolutely accurate shaped chrome license plate lights, a smoothed boot lock in 3d, but 2d wheels? You can do better than that ;)
Looks promising so far, but you could trade a lot of unnecessary smoothing polies for some necessary details.
