Advanced Camera Selector (CheatEngine Trainer)
Additional Screenshots
Description
Advanced Camera Selector tool for NFS3
This is a CheatEngine trainer that allows user improved control of the camera. It doesn't allow full control, but it allows you to not only switch to any camera ingame (including the replay cameras and another camera mode), but to switch to the POV of any car ingame, with any camera you had selected. It also allows to look to any desired car from another car, making it really good to make screenshots from replays. If you've been paying attention to my latest uploads, you may have noticed it.
It doesn't matter if the car is an AI racer, a cop or even a traffic car, you can stalk them as they spawn and despawn. You can watch police cars while they meet for a road block, chasing a racer or simply patroling around.
Usage
The tool bundles in two versions: the CheatEngine cheat table itself, alongside a help image, or the whole thing packed together in an .EXE created with CheatEngine. No matter which version you pick, you first have to open the game, and then launch the trainer. Also, the game's own exe MUST be named exactly nfs3.exe.
SECURITY AND CONCERNS
Inside the main .ZIP you will have the .CT file, a .PNG help image and another .RAR file. This file inside contains the .EXE version, which WILL BE FLAGGED BY ANTIVIRUS AS TROJAN once decompressed.
This behaviour is completely normal. The Camera Trainer modifies the game's memory to make these camera changes. As this is exactly what a trojan does, the .exe file may be inmediatly deleted or quarintined by antivirus. While the file is completely safe to use, you have to either exclude the trainer's location from AV scan, or if you are still cautious about it, simply use the standalone CheatEngine table, though you will have to download CheatEngine 7.2 or later.

Visitor Comments
I noticed a very strange bug where the camera will bug if entity 10 arrests a racer, constantly trying to switch back and forth between the selected camera and the arrest sequence on said car. I'll investigate why this happens, in the meantime try to not make entity 10 a cop (can only happen on custom races via randomiser, cheatengine or ghost edit).
For anyone doing vanilla races this should not be an issue. I hope.
